Shipping? 207 Threads is a print-on-demand business. Every garment is printed after you order it, so production takes about 2-3 business days before your package ships. Standard U.S. shipping then takes another 2-3 business days. Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. We currently ship only within the United States. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.
Returns? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and still has its tags. Custom leather patch hats and other personalized items are final sale except for defects or production errors. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Need to cancel an order? Orders enter production quickly, often within hours of being placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@207threads.com. Once an order enters production with our print partner, we cannot cancel it.
