Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
207 Threads is a print-on-demand business. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and standard US shipping takes another 2-3 business days after that. Total: typically 4-6 business days from order to delivery. Custom leather patch hats add 1-2 days for production. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders enter production quickly, often within hours of being placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@207threads.com. We will do our best to stop the order before it enters production, but once a product is with our print partner, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days, email support@207threads.com and we will look into it.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Other countries are not supported at this time. 207 Threads ships to the United States and Canada only.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is automatic on all US orders over $50.

Sizing and Fit

What size should I order?
Our Comfort Colors Fit Guide has full measurements for our t-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks. Comfort Colors runs true to size for most people, with a slightly relaxed fit.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?
Comfort Colors apparel is preshrunk. You may see minor shrinkage if washed in hot water or tumble-dried on high heat. For best results, wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all non-custom apparel. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. The customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover return shipping for defective or wrong items. Can I exchange for a different size?
The fastest way to get the right size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. We cannot hold inventory during an exchange process.

Are custom leather patch hats returnable?
Custom and personalized items are final sale because they cannot be resold. We will of course replace or refund any custom hat that arrives with a production error, defect, or damage. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
Email support@207threads.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a close-up photo of the issue, and a photo of the full item. We will review your claim within 2 business days and either reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund.

Products and Printing

What kind of fabric do you use?
We print exclusively on Comfort Colors garment-dyed apparel: Comfort Colors 1717 t-shirts, Comfort Colors 1567 hoodies, and Comfort Colors 1566 crewneck sweatshirts. Heavyweight cotton, preshrunk, and soft from the first wear.

What printing method do you use?
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. The ink absorbs into the fabric fibers, so the print has a soft, vintage feel and becomes part of the garment rather than sitting on top of it. See our Color and Print Info page for more details on what to expect.

Why do colors look slightly different than my screen?
Every monitor, phone, and tablet displays color differently. Comfort Colors garments are also individually dyed, so the exact shade can vary slightly from batch to batch. Minor color variation is normal for garment-dyed, made-to-order apparel and is not a defect. Full explanation on our Color and Print Info page.

Custom Orders and Wholesale

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available for events, teams, tourism businesses, corporate gifting, and retail resellers. See our Wholesale page for details and to request a quote.

Where is 207 Threads based?
Winslow, Maine. We are a small, family-run business founded in 2016 and run by Brad Fitzpatrick and his son Caden. Every design is original, created in-house.
