Refund policy
We want you to love what you order from 207 Threads. Every apparel product is printed to order on Comfort Colors garment-dyed apparel, and we back it up with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, stains, or odors
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items should be in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
Return shipping costs:
- Change-of-mind returns (didn't fit, didn't like it, changed your mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong-item returns: 207 Threads covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label.
Final Sale — Custom and Personalized Products
Custom leather patch hats and any other personalized items (items with names, initials, or designs applied per your specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, because they cannot be resold. We will still replace or refund any personalized item that arrives with a production error or defect on our part. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@207threads.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (close-up of the defect or damage)
- A photo of the full item
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will either reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.
Cancellations
207 Threads is a print-on-demand business, and orders enter production quickly, often within hours of being placed. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@207threads.com.
We will do our best to stop the order before it enters production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once a product enters production with our print partner, the order cannot be cancelled and the standard 30-day return policy applies once you receive the item.
How to Start a Return
Email support@207threads.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first so we can provide the correct address and reference your return when it arrives.
Refund Processing
For change-of-mind returns, refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. For defective or wrong-item claims with photo evidence, refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval. All refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
