Free shipping on all US orders over $50.

Processing Time

207 Threads is a print-on-demand business. Every garment is printed after you place your order, which means production takes a few days before your package ships. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom hats and personalized items may take an additional 1-2 business days for production.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend by a few days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (USPS / UPS)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take additional time.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at support@207threads.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your delivery area
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@207threads.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

For packages that show no tracking updates for more than 14 business days, contact us and we will file a claim and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
