Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be created & processed, then an additional 3-5 days for domestic shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
All of our orders are shipped out via UPS SurePost®. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.
US domestic orders $75 and over are shipped FREE.
US domestic orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $5.95.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We, of course, want you to love what you order from us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or received a defective or incorrect item, please return the item for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
Please contact us via our contact form or email us directly at email@example.com to initiate a return/exchange with the following information:
- Order number
- Name & address on the order
- Reason for returning (include photo if it's a defect)
- Do you want a return or exchange?
If you'd like an exchange, we'll initiate your replacement process as soon as we receive the returned item from you. If the item you request is not available when the return is processed, we'll issue you a refund instead.
If you're asking for a refund, we'll initiate the refund as soon as we receive the returned item from you. Please note, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost, if applicable, is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept worn or washed items. If a worn or washed item is returned, the return cannot be accepted. Please read product descriptions carefully and be thoughtful in choosing the correct size when purchasing.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
